December 2024

Concept Finalised & Space Design

We locked in the full Pastaio.Cafe concept, from the Italian–Pakistani fusion menu to the warm, cozy café layout. Interior design, branding, and guest experience were all refined to match our vision of a modern yet familiar neighborhood café.

June 2025

Pre-Launch Tastings & Community Feedback

We hosted invite-only tastings and small pop-up experiences to gather real feedback from the community. Their reactions guided our final tweaks to portion sizes, plating, and signature items that would define Pastaio.Cafe’s flavor.

September 2025

Soft Opening & Service Refinement

Pastaio.Cafe opened softly to limited guests. We focused on training the team, refining service flow, and making sure every visit felt smooth, welcoming, and consistent—getting everything ready for the big moment.

December 2025

Grand Launch – Pastaio.Cafe Opens to All

Pastaio.Cafe officially launched, welcoming everyone to enjoy our modern Italian, Pakistani soul. From handcrafted pastas to fusion comfort food, December 2025 marks the moment our dream café fully came to life.
